Research and Inovations Consultants

We are seeking a talented Research and Innovation Consultant to join our team and help our clients unlock new opportunities for growth and success through research and innovation. As a Research and Innovation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, identify emerging trends and technologies, and develop customized solutions that drive innovation and create value. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify strategic research and innovation objectives and develop tailored solutions to address their needs.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
• Lead brainstorming sessions, workshops, and ideation sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans to evaluate the potential impact and feasibility of proposed innovations.
• Design and facilitate pilot projects and experiments to test new ideas, technologies, and business models.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and minimum viable products (MVPs).
• Provide strategic guidance and support to clients throughout the innovation process, from ideation to commercialization.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of innovation initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in research and innovation, and share knowledge with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• Proven experience as a consultant, researcher, or innovator, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information and data into actionable insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity, with a passion for driving innovation and change.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Project management experience, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Familiarity with innovation methodologies, such as design thinking, lean startup, and agile development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
